About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end to end user experience for our Performance Reviews product area.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer stakeholders.
Design systems, not features – understanding how the Performance Reviews product fits into the entire customer journey.
Partner deeply with other product areas to ensure the customer experience is cohesive.
Work closely with your engineering team throughout the design and development process.
Lead through ambiguity and own the hardest design problems.
Champion and evolve our design system.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7 to 10+ years designing complex workflows, in particular flows that move across or have impact on multiple products within a suite.
Expert-level understanding of visual and interaction design: including typography, hierarchy, spacing, grids, and responsive layouts.
Strong systems thinking: proven success working with an established design system.
Experience working across multiple teams to connect the dots.
Experience deeply understanding customers and their needs.
