About the role

  • Report to the Head of Total Rewards and lead strategic compensation initiatives
  • Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, and people managers to provide data-driven insights and guidance on compensation trends, market positioning, and program effectiveness
  • Design and execute compensation programs, including leading annual compensation review cycles (market analysis, budget preparation, data modeling)
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Operations teams to improve systems and processes supporting compensation programs
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor internally and provide compensation expertise to product, engineering, and design teams
  • Refine career frameworks and leveling guidelines to align with growth and organizational needs
  • Conduct cash and stock equity modeling, benchmarking, and reporting to support retention goals

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in compensation, with a focus on analytics and program implementation
  • Familiarity with equity compensation and market benchmarking processes
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Deep knowledge of compensation best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced degree or relevant certification (CCP, GRP) preferred
  • Experience supporting fast-growing SaaS organizations is nice to have but not required
