About the role
- Report to the Head of Total Rewards and lead strategic compensation initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, and people managers to provide data-driven insights and guidance on compensation trends, market positioning, and program effectiveness
- Design and execute compensation programs, including leading annual compensation review cycles (market analysis, budget preparation, data modeling)
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Operations teams to improve systems and processes supporting compensation programs
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor internally and provide compensation expertise to product, engineering, and design teams
- Refine career frameworks and leveling guidelines to align with growth and organizational needs
- Conduct cash and stock equity modeling, benchmarking, and reporting to support retention goals
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in compensation, with a focus on analytics and program implementation
- Familiarity with equity compensation and market benchmarking processes
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Deep knowledge of compensation best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree or relevant certification (CCP, GRP) preferred
- Experience supporting fast-growing SaaS organizations is nice to have but not required
