About the role
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.).
- Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
- Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations
Requirements
- A bachelor's or masters in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company
- Strong SQL skills are a must
- Prior experience with DBT & Looker (or other BI tool) is a strong plus
- An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
- Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate the data maturity across the business
