About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day support and continuous improvement across Workday platform and people systems
- Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and business stakeholders for enhancements
- Configure and maintain Workday across key HCM areas
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- Support releases, testing cycles, and change deployment
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution or escalation
- Contribute to AI-first approach and adoption of Workday Agents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience supporting or configuring Workday HCM in-house or consulting
- Understanding of end-to-end HCM processes and system design
- Strong in Workday configuration, troubleshooting and HR ticket management
- Stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into practical solutions
- Proactive, inquisitive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing competing priorities.
