About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day support and continuous improvement across Workday platform and people systems
  • Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and business stakeholders for enhancements
  • Configure and maintain Workday across key HCM areas
  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
  • Support releases, testing cycles, and change deployment
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution or escalation
  • Contribute to AI-first approach and adoption of Workday Agents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience supporting or configuring Workday HCM in-house or consulting
  • Understanding of end-to-end HCM processes and system design
  • Strong in Workday configuration, troubleshooting and HR ticket management
  • Stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into practical solutions
  • Proactive, inquisitive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing competing priorities.
