Technical Recruiter

• Own the full-cycle of recruiting (intake → close), with an initial focus on engineering roles and supporting hiring across all functions as needed
• Build a diverse candidate pipeline through creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies
• Manage and optimize Ashby as our ATS; design recruiting workflows and reporting
• Partner closely with the COO/CEO and hiring managers from intake to interview to onboarding
• Represent Latitude at Bay Area technical + AI events
• Run full-cycle searches while also building and scaling Latitude’s recruiting strategy, processes, and infrastructure
• Be the first full time recruiting hire, handle sourcing, ATS management, scheduling, closing, operations, etc.

Lead Technical Recruiter

Backend Engineer

• Add new features needed by autonomy teams and/or testing to the core C++ simulation / resimulation framework
• Work directly with autonomy and testing teams to understand their needs and pain points, then internally propose features we can add to improve our infrastructure and/or simulation realism
• Support troubleshooting with users and bug fixes when issues are identified
• Analyze simulation/resimulation reproducibility and develop tooling to root-cause nondeterminism
• Learn the autonomy stack at a level of depth that allows you to reason about wiring in new autonomy features, perform initial root-causing of crashes or issues, and act as a bridge between our team and autonomy teams

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop spatio-temporal machine learning models for object detection, classification, segmentation, etc.
• Read literature, analyze raw data, and design state-of-the-art solutions
• Transition solutions from the lab to the test track and public roads to ensure successful production-level implementation
• Collaborate with perception experts and experienced roboticists on algorithm design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and productization
• Build and maintain industry-leading software practices and principles
• Develop clean and efficient software for perception modules interfacing with other key modules

• Latitude AI (lat.ai) develops automated driving technologies, including L3, for Ford vehicles at scale
• Unified Model development team builds compute-efficient, multi-view, multi-sensor deep learning models for 3D object detection, lane detection, state estimation, and scene segmentation
• Develop spatio-temporal machine learning models for detection, multi-sensor fusion, segmentation, etc.
• Read literature, analyze raw data, and design state-of-the-art solutions
• Transition solutions from the lab to the test track and public roads to ensure production-level implementation

• Unified Model development team builds compute-efficient, multi-view, multi-sensor deep learning models for detection, segmentation, lane line detection, state estimation, and scene representation
• Develop spatio-temporal machine learning models for detection, multi-sensor fusion, segmentation, etc.
• Read literature, analyze raw data, and design state-of-the-art solutions
• Transition solutions from the lab to the test track and public roads to ensure successful production-level implementation

• Design, develop, and test the reliable and high-performance software that all autonomy functions are built on

• Work closely with the simulation team to ensure that the runtime system is accurately tested off-vehicle in a virtual environment
• Create automated unit and integration tests that verify the software works as expected and meets the requirements
• Collaborate with autonomy teams to ensure the the runtime infrastructure integrates well with their systems, enabling their success
• Participate in system-wide software architecture development
