Perform hands-on Magento development including configuration updates, enhancements, and bug fixes
Support both front-end and back-end improvements including themes, modules, and extensions
Troubleshoot performance issues, site errors, and platform functionality
Support staging, QA, and production deployment processes
Review and validate external vendor code prior to deployment
Help optimize site speed, checkout flow, and overall user experience
Ensure security best practices and platform updates are maintained
Manage and coordinate work with external Magento development partners
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for development initiatives
Translate business goals into technical requirements for development teams
Prioritize development initiatives and manage the platform roadmap

Requirements
