About the role

  • Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financials within federal systems.
  • Configure and support G-Invoicing integrations with U.S. Department of the Treasury systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
  • Support interagency agreement (IAA) billing, accounts receivable/payable, and reimbursement processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support system interfaces, data conversions, and custom reports.
  • Perform functional testing, UAT support, and validation of financial transactions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Develop functional documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal financial regulations, audit standards, and internal controls.
  • Serve as a functional advisor to government stakeholders and project leadership.

Requirements

  • Due to Government Contract, all viable candidates must be US Citizens and have an active Secret Security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years related work experience
  • G-Invoicing experience
