About the role
- Provide advanced onsite and remote technical support for commercial clients across multiple locations
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, network devices, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh projects
- Document configurations and procedures in ticketing systems
- Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during engagements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Experience with Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
- Strong troubleshooting skills in networking and infrastructure
- Ability to mentor junior staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the US.
