About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular outside sales activities including client visits, presentations, networking events, and industry trade shows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.

Requirements
