About the role
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular outside sales activities including client visits, presentations, networking events, and industry trade shows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.
