About the role
- Lead and supervise mechanical engineering staff in daily tasks and long-term development.
- Manage mechanical engineering components for a wide range of project types and sizes.
- Provide technical leadership and maintain quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate effectively with internal multidisciplinary teams.
- Interface directly with clients regarding project objectives, progress, and deliverables.
- Guide projects from early design through construction administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10+ years of experience within an architectural/engineering (A/E) environment.
- Proven experience managing projects and project teams.
- Strong mechanical engineering expertise with understanding of related disciplines.
