About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and scheduling candidates
- Act as a genuine advocate for our candidates, ensuring every individual feels seen, respected, and well-cared for through a high-touch, human-centric recruitment experience.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure hiring aligns with our immediate and long-term scaling goals.
- Ensure every candidate—regardless of the outcome—has a professional, transparent, and engaging experience.
- Maintain a steady 'bench' of talent for high-turnover or high-growth roles to ensure zero downtime in hiring.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recruiting experience is not required, we hire for attitude and train for skill.
- Tech-Forward Mindset: You are naturally tech-savvy and can quickly master new tools, maintaining high data integrity within our ATS platform.
- Ability to work 35hs per week
