Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s investment and portfolio growth goals
Identify and implement scalable lead generation strategies for property acquisition, investors, and tenants
Create and manage marketing funnels that support property occupancy and new investment opportunities
Oversee multi-channel digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including lead quality, CPL, CAC, and ROI
Integrate AI-powered tools and automation platforms into marketing workflows to increase efficiency
Develop marketing strategies that maximize property visibility, leasing velocity, and occupancy rates
Strengthen brand presence within the real estate investment space

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibilities
Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
Experience using analytics and marketing automation tools
Comfortable working in technology-driven and data-focused environments
Excellent project management and communication skills
