Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of incoming leads, ensuring rapid response times and strategic pairing with the right agents.
Monitor agent follow-up and performance, ensuring high conversion rates and adherence to company standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate relocation departments and referral networks.
Utilize industry-specific software to track lead status, update referral partners, and generate performance reports.
Ensure all lead documentation and referral agreements are executed accurately and stored within the company’s internal database.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager specifically within a large brokerage (e.g., Sotheby’s, Compass, or other major national firms).
Experience working for a small team or individual agent will not be considered a substitute for corporate brokerage experience.
Extensive experience in at least one of the following platforms is mandatory: eRelocation (by ASK), AnywheRE or Leads Engine (by Anywhere/Realogy), Broker Center (by Cartus), Global Referral Network (Sotheby’s International Realty), CIH Network (Compass Real Estate).
Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal) is required to interact with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners.
Ability to work a set 40-hour schedule aligned with either EST (New York) or PST (California) business hours.
