About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the LATICRETE Microsoft Dynamics365 platform
Support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools
Contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI
Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to align the CRM system with business needs
Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals
Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration, custom workflow development, and automation
Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards
Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Maintain and abide by corporate CRM change-management process
Act as primary end-user support professional for Marketing group
Provide training and documentation for end-users

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required
Master’s degree preferred
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM
Proficiency in the following CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization
Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices
Ability to proactively identify, rectify and prevent quality issues
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse
Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred
Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Team Cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers
