About the role
- Supporting summer associates and first-through fourth-year attorneys with a variety of administrative responsibilities
- Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
- A high school diploma or an equivalent
- A bachelor's degree, preferably
- Prior administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably
- Healthcare, life and disability insurance
