About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the assigned market and work closely with the office Business Development team
- Build relationships with the local BD Manager and collaborate with partners, counsel, and associates as a trusted market resource
- Assist with planning, execution, and evaluation of Business Development and Marketing initiatives and business plans
- Plan and assist with office events, cross-selling, and client-targeting initiatives for local markets
- Coordinate with BD Core, New Business, Creative, Events & Sponsorships, Martech, Library & Research, Alumni, Brand & Communications, and Financial Information Center teams
- Deliver client intelligence, research, pitch information, event information, and lawyer materials
- Monitor office initiatives with key account clients
- Act as the go-to resource for office Business Development needs and support
- Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Well-developed professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, business development, office administration, or related functions
