Directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities
Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of three (3) years of prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
Initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
Ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
