About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage smaller projects independently across the entire project lifecycle — from planning through to successful completion.
  • Support senior leadership on larger and more complex real estate and construction projects.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules and cost developments, and identify and track potential variances.
  • Coordinate and manage all project documentation, including contracts, procurement documents, permits, schedules and reports.
  • Support tendering and procurement processes, including preparing RFPs, evaluating bids and coordinating vendors/service providers.
  • Collaborate with external project stakeholders such as project managers, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional experience in corporate real estate, project management or construction
  • Experience implementing or supporting office fit-out, renovation or capital investment projects
  • Ideally experience in an international corporate environment or in a professional services firm
  • A university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related field
  • Good knowledge of planning and construction processes and common project delivery methods
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify requirements early and anticipate and address potential challenges
