Requirements
Possess comprehensive knowledge of human resources functions
Ability to work in a team environment with a best-in-class customer-service focus
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience
Experience advising, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders within a global matrixed organization (preferred)
Experience coordinating and managing complex employee relations matters (preferred)
Experience with talent development, talent acquisition, resource management, and colleague training programs
Ability to protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information
