• Directly assist an assigned group of local attorneys and provide global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities
• Work in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow)
• Daily time entry and expense reimbursement
• Calendaring and scheduling
• Managing and editing documents
• Travel arrangements
• Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
• Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
• Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
