About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct support to attorneys in the Litigation, Corporate, and Public Law practices
- Provide global team support across a variety of administrative responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with client intake activities, including processing conflicts of interest
- Monitor attorneys' time entries to ensure compliance with firm standards
- Prepare, edit, and post client invoices, ensuring compliance with firm and client billing requirements
- Follow assigned attorneys' preferences to handle expense reimbursements, calendaring and scheduling, document management/edits, and travel arrangements
- Maintain the confidentiality of firm and client-protected information
- Work in a global team environment using a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably in a law firm
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
