About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting lateral associate recruitment by overseeing application processing, interview logistics, and candidate communications
- Maintaining records, overseeing vendor relationships, and developing marketing strategies and onboarding plans
- Coordinating with the Associate Recruiting Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Organizing and representing the firm at recruiting events
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services
