Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing all aspects of the onboarding and integration of the firm’s internally promoted and lateral partners
Working with a broad range of constituencies to ensure that each new partner receives the resources and support needed
Leading, managing, and supervising colleagues in the Partner Onboarding and Integration function
Collaborating closely with the Business Development Department to develop and execute on business development agenda and revenue generation goals
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably an advanced degree
A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ progressively responsible experience in legal or other professional services environment
A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in a management role
Advanced degree and/or coaching certification, preferably
