Supporting the office, Human Capital & Talent department, and the firm by providing HR advice and guidance to stakeholders on a range of complex HR matters
In conjunction with firm leadership, developing and implementing the Human Capital & Talent strategy for the relevant office
Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on firm policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensuring successful implementation of strategic Human Capital & Talent initiatives
Resolving complex operational and employee lifecycle matters escalated by members of the Human Resources team
Requirements
Strong knowledge and experience across HR functions and employee relations
Excellent leadership skills and experience of leading a team
Ability to work in a team environment with a best-in-class customer-service focus
Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience advising, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders within a global matrixed organisation, preferably
Experience in coordinating and managing employee relations matters, preferably
