About the role
- Supporting the office, Human Capital & Talent department, and the firm by providing HR advice and guidance
- Developing and implementing the Human Capital & Talent strategy for the relevant office
- Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on firm policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensuring successful implementation of strategic Human Capital & Talent initiatives
- Resolving complex operational and employee lifecycle matters escalated by members of the HR team
- Making recommendations to the Director of Administration regarding all functions of the office
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience across HR functions and employee relations
- Excellent leadership skills and experience of leading a team
- Ability to work in a team environment with a best-in-class customer-service focus
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience advising, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders within a global matrixed organisation, preferably
- Experience in coordinating and managing employee relations matters, preferably
