About the role

  • Supporting the office, Human Capital & Talent department, and the firm by providing HR advice and guidance
  • Developing and implementing the Human Capital & Talent strategy for the relevant office
  • Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on firm policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensuring successful implementation of strategic Human Capital & Talent initiatives
  • Resolving complex operational and employee lifecycle matters escalated by members of the HR team
  • Making recommendations to the Director of Administration regarding all functions of the office

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience across HR functions and employee relations
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience of leading a team
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a best-in-class customer-service focus
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience advising, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders within a global matrixed organisation, preferably
  • Experience in coordinating and managing employee relations matters, preferably
