About the role
- Support development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being and retention
- Design, plan and implement programs related to attorneys
- Organize events and internal initiatives in line with objectives
- Facilitate all stages of the recruitment process
- Maintain relationships with targeted law schools and other recruiting professionals
- Provide administrative support to the "Recruiting Committee"
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new marketing and promotional strategies
- Promote effective working practices and collaborate within the team
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a client-focused environment
- Demonstrates discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable using MS Office and applicant tracking systems
- Experience recruiting legal talent/attorneys, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
