About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the long-term success and commercial growth of a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Develop and execute tailored account success plans
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales to support enterprise growth strategies
- Lead high-impact client engagements including executive business reviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact across the full client lifecycle
- Navigate complex, regulated environments with confidence
- Ensure seamless execution by partnering closely with delivery and execution teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams
- Act as an internal advocate for enterprise clients
- Share insights and learnings across teams
- Be a visible, credible presence with senior client stakeholders
- Lead complex client conversations with clarity
- Model accountability, preparation, and follow-through
- Stay deeply informed on trends in social, influencer marketing, and regulated industries
- Gather and synthesize client feedback and market insights
- Represent Later externally at industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales
- Proven experience working with enterprise brands in influencer or social marketing
- Demonstrated success navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments
- Track record of building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong operational discipline and time management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams
- Willingness to travel as needed to support key client relationships
