About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own customer-led demand at Latent
- Find stories, data, and proof from partners
- Build customer-interview motion and surface data case studies
- Maintain a live customer-quote and proof-point library
- Produce video case studies alongside the Creative Lead
- Launch campaigns that drive customer demand
- Support customer events and activations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years across customer marketing, demand gen, content, or campaign roles in B2B
- Experience shipping case studies and running the paid and lifecycle motion that distributes them
- Ability to find the line that turns a complicated win into a simple story
- Comfort interviewing executives, clinicians, and operators
- Comfortable in HubSpot, paid platforms, and analytics
- Active use of AI workflows to extend output and shorten cycle time
- Treat customer time as the most expensive resource in the company
- Operator first; ship, don't just plan
