About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, update and maintain manufacturing, inspection and traceability documentation.
Develop work sequences, operating procedures and bills of materials, and distribute them to production teams.
Provide technical support to production teams and handle questions/answers.
Manage product changes, analyze deviations from specifications and participate in change review boards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of production and industrialization processes.
Act as the technical interface with internal departments and customers regarding modifications and returns after delivery.
Coordinate technical activities among stakeholders and provide regular reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bac+2/3 or Bac+5 in aeronautics or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical preparation for electrical wiring.
Technical preparation skills: analysis of customer specifications, configuration management, drafting technical instructions, and creating bills of materials and manufacturing sequences.
Experience estimating product modification costs and a solid understanding of associated industrial processes.
Project management skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes in the electrical wiring domain.
Curiosity, willingness to learn and strong adaptability in a demanding environment.
Rigor, autonomy, pragmatism and methodical approach with strong written communication skills.
Ability to communicate within multisite, cross-functional and multicultural teams; fluent English required, Spanish is a plus.
