Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and internally define the qualification of the article/supplier pairing and participate in supplier selection (audits).
Define with the project team the risks, criticality levels, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) deliverables and customer quality requirements.
Manage the qualification of the article/supplier pairing and approve the APQP deliverable schedule with the supplier.
Support suppliers on Quality tools and methods (problem solving, control strategy, APQP, FAI – First Article Inspection).
Validate APQP milestones with the supplier (PRR, PPAP – Production Part Approval Process, FAI).
Ensure product maturity at the supplier, drive the resolution of non-conformities and conduct follow-up audits.
Transfer the qualification dossier and any issues to the production teams during the ramp-up/series production transfer.

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in supplier management in an industrial environment.
Technical knowledge of mechanical products, sheet metal, assembly and/or composites.
Initial experience deploying the APQP methodology and validating FAI packages appreciated.
Professional English at B2 level required; proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP appreciated.
