About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • This is a phone heavy role, expect to spend most of your days cold calling (especially in the beginning)
  • Conduct discovery calls to present LatamCent’s nearshore recruiting solutions
  • Consult with clients to assess hiring needs and demonstrate service value
  • Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue, and value
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of talent
  • Maintain and grow client relationships post-sale
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of Account Executive experience with a USA company
  • Proven ability to take sales from prospecting to close
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • English level C1 or higher (written and spoken)
  • Experience using CRMs, & Sales Tech Tools
