About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls to present LatamCent’s nearshore recruiting solutions
- Consult with clients to assess hiring needs and demonstrate service value
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue, and value
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of talent
- Maintain and grow client relationships post-sale
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of Account Executive experience with a USA company
- Proven ability to take sales from prospecting to close
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- English level C1 or higher (written and spoken)
- Experience using CRMs, & Sales Tech Tools
