Turn self-shot and conference footage into short-form social clips with captions, lower thirds, and brand elements applied
Maintain a consistent visual and audio quality standard across all LatamCent video content
Manage the video asset library so footage is organized and easy to pull from
Post finished content across LatamCent social channels and track basic performance (if applicable)

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years editing video content professionally, with a portfolio showing short-form and testimonial work
Strong command of at least one professional editing tool (CapCut Pro, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar)
Ability to take unstructured raw footage and make editorial decisions independently
Reliable async communicator who can manage their own output without hand-holding
B2-level English or better for captions, on-screen text, and context accuracy
