About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end implementation of customer demo and POC environments
- Configure CRMs, support, or communications tools with custom fields and workflows
- Simulate user behavior with automation, triggers, and AI-powered interactions
- Advise customers on demo structure, pacing, and storytelling best practices
- Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and manage delivery timelines
- Write technical tickets and maintain documentation for repeatable processes
- Continuously explore AI-driven improvements to workflow and productivity
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or related roles
- Strong experience with technical documentation and ticket writing
- Familiarity with APIs, automation logic, CSV/JSON data handling
- Experience working in agile environments (standups, retros, grooming)
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) for efficiency
- Advanced English (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be based in Rio de Janeiro or Niterói, aligned with U.S. business hours
