About the role
- Identify and research companies within target industries including fintech, Web3, DAOs, global payroll, and distributed teams
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and sales automation tools
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP and buying signals
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure clean opportunity handoff
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot
- Test and optimize outreach messaging to improve reply rates and meeting conversions
- Develop strong product knowledge to clearly communicate Rise’s value proposition
- Provide structured feedback to marketing and product teams on lead quality and messaging performance
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales as an SDR, BDR, or similar
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience using modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
