About the role

  • Identify and research companies within target industries including fintech, Web3, DAOs, global payroll, and distributed teams
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and sales automation tools
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP and buying signals
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure clean opportunity handoff
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot
  • Test and optimize outreach messaging to improve reply rates and meeting conversions
  • Develop strong product knowledge to clearly communicate Rise’s value proposition
  • Provide structured feedback to marketing and product teams on lead quality and messaging performance

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales as an SDR, BDR, or similar
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience using modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
