About the role

  • Support account teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across all client initiatives
  • Manage client action items, deliverables, promotions, and marketing calendar updates
  • Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all owned responsibilities are executed, documented, and communicated effectively
  • Own and maintain client marketing calendars and promotional schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with agency goals
  • Act as a key point of contact for execution-related questions and updates
  • Ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed at every stage
  • Manage distribution of creative deliverables, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Support new client onboarding by coordinating project setup, timelines, and resources
  • Gather and organize key information to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to set clients up for long-term success

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Experience with project management tools and workflows
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
  • Design experience is a plus, especially for communicating effectively with creative teams
