About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Building new business and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with Channel, Product Specialists, Solutions Consulting, and Business Development Representatives
  • Helping LastPass restore revenue growth by perfecting sales processes and achieving FY targets
  • Enhancing partner motions to drive co-sell and channel-led opportunities
  • Obsessing over value creation in every customer interaction
  • Maintaining awareness of news, trends, and shifts in the cybersecurity industry
  • Managing and growing accounts through consultative, value-based selling

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success in a high-velocity, quota-carrying role
  • Strong pipeline management with the ability to consistently and accurately forecast
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Experience managing a territory with a structured approach to account mapping and data-driven reporting
  • A strong understanding of partner/channel programs and the ability to build and leverage those relationships
  • A self-starter with strong time management skills and a high degree of accountability
  • A competitive drive with a continuous pursuit of self-improvement and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • A customer-focused approach, bringing genuine value to clients while contributing to shared team goals
