About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Building new business as well as driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across customer base
  • Collaborating with Channel partners, Product Specialists, Solutions Consulting, and Business Development Representatives
  • Educating and empowering businesses to move confidently and securely through an always‑on world
  • Helping LastPass restore revenue growth by refining sales processes to achieve FY targets
  • Enhancing partner relationships
  • Maintaining a strong local focus within territory while developing global awareness of industry news and trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success in a high‑velocity, quota‑carrying role
  • Strong pipeline management skills, with the ability to forecast consistently and accurately
  • A self‑starter mindset, paired with strong time management and accountability
  • Experience owning and managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping
  • A solid understanding of partner and channel programs, and the ability to build and leverage those relationships effectively
  • The ability to use sales dashboards and reports to efficiently manage and own your territory
  • A competitive drive, combined with a continuous pursuit of growth and self‑improvement
  • A genuine desire to bring value to customers and support teammates in achieving shared goals
  • A positive, solution‑oriented mindset focused on problem‑solving and advancing our mission
