About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop interactive learning materials - such as presentations, e‑learning courses, and reference guides - using instructional design best practices
Create high‑quality content with tools like Canva, Microsoft Suite, and Google Workspace
Manage learning content by uploading, organizing, and updating materials within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Track and report learner engagement, training completion, and overall effectiveness
Facilitate or support live and virtual training sessions, coordinating logistics and communicating with learners and stakeholders
Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to identify learning needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve content and delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in instructional design or a related learning and development role, ideally within a SaaS or digital sales environment
Demonstrated ability to deliver and facilitate impactful training for sales audiences in both virtual and in‑person settings
Solid understanding of digital advertising and SaaS sales processes
Strong technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e‑learning tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently
Ability to manage multiple projects at once while adapting to shifting priorities
A collaborative, team‑oriented approach and comfort working cross‑functionally with diverse groups
Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive - able to take initiative and drive results
