• Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and operations of the eCommerce ecosystem spanning web, subscription, billing, and payment platforms
• Play a pivotal role enabling company-wide strategies while ensuring a seamless, scalable, and secure digital customer journey
• Report to the CIO and contribute to transforming LastPass digital business and driving customer experience at scale
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital technology roadmap with clearly defined target states aligned to business goals
• Build, transform, and oversee the architecture, development, and operations of eCommerce systems, integrating engineering platforms and ensuring frictionless workflows from purchase to renewal
• Oversee a team of Financial Systems product owners, developers, and architects, ensuring timely development of programs and enhancements while maintaining platform performance and scalability
• Partner with data teams to implement insights-driven solutions enabling actionable reporting, forecasting, and optimization of commerce operations
• Ensure adherence to global compliance and security standards for payments and billing systems
• Manage and grow a high-performing global team of product owners, engineers, and administrators; foster a culture of innovation, empowerment, and collaboration
