About the role
- This role plays a key part in shaping meaningful learning experiences that support growth across the organization.
- Design, develop, and administer engaging training content - including presentations, e-learning modules, and resource materials.
- Help teams build skills and stay aligned; make a direct impact by closing knowledge gaps, enhancing performance, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed.
- Collaborate closely with subject-matter experts, cross-functional partners, and internal stakeholders to understand learning needs.
- Track and report learner engagement, training completion, and overall effectiveness.
- Facilitate or support live and virtual training sessions, coordinating logistics and communicating with learners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in instructional design or a related learning and development role, ideally within a SaaS or digital sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and facilitate impactful training for sales audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising and SaaS sales processes.
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while adapting to shifting priorities.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and comfort working cross-functionally with diverse groups.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive—able to take initiative and drive results.
