About the role

  • Elevate global Sales team through strategic, high-impact training programs.
  • Design and execute a global, multi-tiered sales training strategy.
  • Create dynamic, multi-modal learning experiences (ILT, VILT, eLearning).
  • Continuously assess training effectiveness and identify performance gaps.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate product updates into training content.
  • Manage multiple high-visibility projects while maintaining quality and speed.

Requirements

  • A strong ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences for both small and large groups, ensuring every session is focused, effective, and outcome-driven.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into clear, actionable, and memorable training content.
  • A highly collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and building strong relationships with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other key partners.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project-management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • A detail-oriented approach combined with sound decision-making, ensuring training programs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Familiarity with tools that support modern learning environments; such as LMS platforms, eLearning authoring tools, or content-creation software - is a plus.
