About the role
- Drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives by developing clear structures, timelines, and forums that align with annual planning goals
- Collaborate with leaders across functions to ensure seamless execution, resolve dependencies, and report on business impact
- Facilitate strategic discussions that surface conflicts, clarify priorities, and enable decisive action across teams
- Lead and evolve LastPass’s portfolio management framework to support business transformation and operational excellence
- Own planning and collaboration platforms, including tooling, content curation, and best practices that enhance team productivity
- Guide the assessment, selection, and implementation of project management tools to improve execution and transparency
- Deliver executive-level dashboards and live updates that track progress on major initiatives and drive data-informed decisions
- Partner closely with LastPass executives, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams across product, go-to-market, customer success, and IT
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to establish trust and foster collaboration across all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strength in conflict management and problem solving
- Fast learner with strong logical and analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with metrics and analytics
- Proficient in modern program management tools and processes
- Proven portfolio management experience and operational rigor
- Experience managing SaaS lifecycle initiatives, including product development, go-to-market, and customer lifecycle (high-velocity/SMB sales motion a plus)
- Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives, organizing and directing multiple teams, and managing cross-functional project portfolios
- Ability to navigate complexity, foster alignment, and execute cross-functional initiatives with precision
- Minimal travel may be required; primary locations include the Continental U.S. and Hungary
