Junior Brand Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Brand strategy & positioning
- Ensure brand guidelines are correctly applied across all channels and materials
- Conduct competitive and industry monitoring to identify trends and opportunities
- Contribute to market research and surveys targeting pet parents
- Help define the cross-channel editorial calendar (website, social media, email, in-app and site articles) and write content
- Collaborate with freelancers and agencies (designers, videographers) to produce creative assets
- Assist with the launch and monitoring of marketing campaigns (paid social, partnerships, etc.)
- Help create landing pages and campaign materials
- Contribute to social media management (Instagram & TikTok) and influencer strategy
- Identify and help manage partnerships with content creators and influencers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's-level education (Bac+4/5) in communications, marketing or business; ideally with initial marketing experience (internship or work-study)
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
- Always up to date on the latest social media and influencer trends and news
- Creative and proactive — able to generate ideas and be a driving force in the team
- Proficient in English and comfortable working in an international environment (e.g., with Swedish and German colleagues)
- Excellent written French with impeccable spelling and grammar
- You love animals
