You respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing first-class support

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have initial experience in customer advisory roles, at a veterinary practice/clinic, or in a customer-facing position
You have business-fluent German (spoken and written) and basic English skills to communicate with the international team
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have a structured and detail-oriented working style
You can juggle multiple tasks at once — advising customers while supporting projects
You are curious and always motivated to learn new things
You are flexible and hands-on, and motivated to work in a dynamic environment
You are a true team player and value regular collaboration with colleagues
