About the role
- You are the first point of contact for new customers and guide them from their initial inquiry to the completion of our offering by phone.
- Your focus is to inspire customers with our unique approach to pet insurance and to deliver a first-class customer experience.
- You conduct informative phone conversations at the request of potential customers (no cold calling).
- You support new customers and answer questions about our offering and the Lassie app.
- You share customer feedback with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Tech, or Customer Success) and proactively propose improvements to processes, products, and customer communications.
- You develop and optimize our information/sales conversation storylines.
- You will have the opportunity to help build the Sales team — be part of it from the start.

- You speak fluent German.
