About the role
- Assess and process pet insurance claims
- Communicate with pet owners and provide clear updates on the status of their claims
- Work with veterinarians and clinics to gather required documentation
- Contribute to improving claims handling processes to increase efficiency
- Promote Lassie’s mission to provide exceptional pet care solutions
Requirements
- Previous experience in claims handling, the insurance sector, or a related field
- Experience as a veterinary assistant or in animal care is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly adaptable in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Conversational English is required
- A genuine love of animals
