About the role
- Key support for our Finance team
- Co-responsible for managing German and Austrian customer relationships on finance matters
- Actively developing accounts receivable management and supporting the Finance team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Perform manual invoice creation for non-automated processes
- Support accounts receivable management for Germany and Austria
- Ensure the accuracy of all invoices
- Assist in cooperation with our factoring partner
- Analyze receivables, dunning holds, and collections
- Resolve unpaid customer invoices in collaboration with our factoring partner
- Serve as a knowledgeable contact for invoice-related questions (by email or phone)
