About the role
- Lead development & AI integration: Assess and nurture inbound leads using AI tools
- Consultative selling: Conduct goal-oriented initial conversations and onboarding calls
- Deal closing: Own the closing of first-time buyer deals
- Pipeline architecture: Ensure seamless handover to Account Management
- Process optimization: Implement new (AI-supported) workflows and continuously improve the sales funnel
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience using AI tools such as Gemini or AI-enabled CRM features
- Strong closing ability: lead qualification, sales calls, and deal closing
- Data-driven and proficient with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Business-fluent in German; English skills are a plus
- Basic understanding of the manufacturing industry or willingness to dive deep into metal processing
