About the role

  • Lead development & AI integration: Assess and nurture inbound leads using AI tools
  • Consultative selling: Conduct goal-oriented initial conversations and onboarding calls
  • Deal closing: Own the closing of first-time buyer deals
  • Pipeline architecture: Ensure seamless handover to Account Management
  • Process optimization: Implement new (AI-supported) workflows and continuously improve the sales funnel

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience using AI tools such as Gemini or AI-enabled CRM features
  • Strong closing ability: lead qualification, sales calls, and deal closing
  • Data-driven and proficient with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Business-fluent in German; English skills are a plus
  • Basic understanding of the manufacturing industry or willingness to dive deep into metal processing
