Plastic Surgeon – Medical Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide oversight and support to clinical teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and LaserAways mission.
- Implement protocols and identify areas for clinical improvement to drive consistency across clinics.
- Work closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Medical Officer, and maintain strong ties with regulatory agencies and the broader medical community.
- Conduct quarterly clinic site visits and participate in virtual meetings, fostering innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as a compliance and risk mitigation expert, representing LaserAways clinical excellence at every level.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist required
- Must reside in Florida
- A M.D. or D.O. degree and an active, unrestricted medical license.
